Choose from Equal Strength (Total Body), Equal Pulse (Sweat & Endure), and Mums Strength Club for post-natal fitness.

Equal strength

Equal Strength: Total Body is our signature Small Group Personal Training class at Equal Fitness Loughborough Junction, designed to help you build full-body strength, improve technique, and feel more confident in every lift.

Mum’s Strength Club: Lift with your little one!

A strength class designed for new mums, no childcare needed.
Bring your baby (buggy, sling, or play mat) and rebuild your strength, boost confidence, and connect with other mums in a supportive space.

- Post-natal safe, full-body & core training
- Small-group coaching
- Suitable from 6 weeks (with GP/midwife clearance)

Each session combines barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell training with expert coaching for balanced upper and lower body development.

Equal pulse

Equal Pulse is our high-energy conditioning programme at Equal Fitness Loughborough Junction, designed to boost your fitness, stamina, and endurance.

These full-body classes mix bodyweight movements, free weights, and cardio-based training to improve strength, coordination, and mindset — all in a supportive Loughborough Junction gym environment.

Choose between:

  • SWEAT: 30-minute fast, high-intensity intervals for quick results.

  • ENDURE: 55-minute strength-endurance sessions that build stamina and grit.
