Our Small Group Personal Training gives you the best of both worlds. Whether you're training with friends, family, your partner, or meeting new people along the way, you’ll get personalised coaching in a focused, motivating group of just six people.
Sessions are designed to build real strength, improve fitness, and keep you progressing each week.

Equal strength
Equal Strength sessions are focused strength training workouts designed to help you lift safely, confidently, and effectively – whether you're new to strength training or looking to push your numbers.
Each session targets either the Upper Body or Lower Body, using free weights like dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. You’ll work through structured supersets, tempo-controlled lifts, and accessory exercises to build muscle, improve technique, and support functional strength.
Whether your goal is to nail your first pull-up, deadlift your bodyweight, or simply feel stronger and more capable – we’re here to help you get there.
Equal pulse
Equal Pulse Equal Pulse is our high-energy conditioning programme designed to boost your overall fitness, health, and endurance – without getting lost in a crowd or smashed by generic circuits.
These full-body sessions blend bodyweight movements, free weights, and cardio-based training to challenge your engine, coordination, and mindset – all while improving how you move and feel day to day.
Choose between:
SWEAT: A 30–40 minute fast-paced class focused on high-intensity intervals and movement variety. Short, sharp, and seriously effective.
ENDURE: A longer 55–60 minute session built for stamina, strength, and resilience. Expect pacing, work capacity, and the kind of grind that builds grit.
Group classes – 12 people
High-energy workouts in a fun, fast-paced group of up to 12 people. These sessions are all about moving more, building fitness, and training in a motivating, social setting.
Choose from:
Strength Circuits: Full-body training using weights, bodyweight, and timed stations
Cardio Smash: A high-intensity class focused on heart rate, endurance, and sweat
L.G.C. (Legs, Glutes & Core): Lower-body strength and core work to build strength, tone, and stability
