Structured, coached training with all the benefits of personal training — shared with up to 6 people. Follow a clear programme, use all the studio equipment, and progress week by week.

Lift With Your Little One

Train safely, rebuild strength and bring your baby with you. Sessions combine strength training, mobility and confidence-building after pregnancy.
