Monthly Personal Training Packages
Monthly packages to suit fixed schedules, who want that clear guarantee weekly routine.
Sort of committed - One session a week - Four a month.
Committed - Two sessions a week - Eight a month.
Fully committed - Three sessions a week - Twelve a month.
Two month activation sign up period than switches over to a monthly subscription.
Single & block sessions
Always on the go with your schedule always changing? no worries, single & block sessions allow you to move around within the week, whether you want to do 1 a week or 3 a week you can.
Single session.

Online & Virtual Training
Virtual Training
Similar to in person training but just over the world wide web. We book in a day/time and I coach you through a session either over Facetime or on Zoom.
This is a great option if you still want that 1-2-1 training but are just too far away to get to the session.
I'll write up your tailored session plan for you, coach you through it, correct you on any exercises/lifts as well as motivate you and keep you accountable with your training.
You can be training at your gym or at home anywhere in the country or world.
Limited spaces for Virtual training a week.
Online Training
Looking to have more freedom & train when you want & when you can then Online training might be the best option.
My Online Training is a great way to access all my training protocols & programs from anywhere in the world at any time any location through my personal training app.
